Tenerife takes its name from its ancient name of Tene Ife which means “Snowy Mountain”. The name refers to the Teide, Spain’s tallest mountain, which is located right in the middle of the island and always shows its snowy peak, at any time of the year. An excursion to the Teide is a must during your stay at Tenerife, together with a visit to Puerto de La Cruz, La Orotava and Isla Baja in the north. To the south, Santa Cruz and La Laguna are worth a visit. The island is not very big and can be reached by car or bus, and the prices are affordable.

It is located in Costa Adeje in the heart of a beautiful residential area with bars, restaurants, pubs, and shopping malls, not far from the beautiful sandy beach promenadate of Fañabé and one km away from the “Playa del Duque“.
Characterized by terraces with subtropical gardens, majestic waterfall and panoramic lifts, Alpiclub Jacaranda features six swimming pools, one of which is air-conditioned, two for children and one dedicated to entertainment activities.
For meals, the village offers a large restaurant with buffet service, a corner for pasta with show cooking; during the day there is an open bar, a snack bar at the swimming-pool and a romantic piano bar for the evening hours.
